Modification and Vacation of Interim Order -- Inherent Powers of Court
A court is fully empowered to modify or vacate an interim order in exercise of its inherent powers whenever it deems fit to do so, and such power may be exercised even without any application being filed by a party for said purpose. (Para 11)
