Appointment of Advocate Commissioner -- Scope and Limitations
An advocate commissioner may be appointed for the purpose of determining the physical features of a property -- However, such appointment cannot be made for the purpose of verifying and gathering evidence as to who is in possession of the property, as the same falls outside the permissible scope of a commission under O.26, R.9 CPC.
