Privity of Contract--Housing Loan

Agreement to Sell mentioned that Bank of Buyer would directly pay the outstanding loan amount to the Bank of Seller and rest of amount to the Seller--However, Bank of Buyer paid balance amount to Buyer--Complaint not maintainable as there was no privity of contract between the Seller and Bank of Buyer for payment of balance amount
