Eviction--Bonafide Necessity

Landlord need not to be the owner--Thus, it is not necessary that said landlord should be the title holder of the demised property or that he should plead the bonafide need of the owner only

Eviction--Sale of Property--Attornment of Tenancy in favour subsequent Landlord--Consent of tenant is not required

Eviction--Denial of Landlord and Tenant Relationship--Property sold by owner on GPA--Tenant has nothing to do with as to whether the complete ownership rights have been transferred or not--Erstwhile owner was duly informed the tenant about sale of property and to deposit rent to new owner--Not done by tenant--Eviction upheld

Eviction--Mesne Profits--Once the eviction decree is passed and its execution has been stayed, even then the tenant is liable to pay mesne profits
