Will-- Probate --Delay in Seeking Probate and Unequal Distribution of Bequests Do Not Constitute Suspicious Circumstances -- Probate Court Confined to Genuineness of Will and Not Fairness of Distribution

Probate proceedings are limited to determining whether a will was validly executed and reflects the voluntary and conscious decision of the testator. Unequal distribution of bequests is not by itself a suspicious circumstance. Delay in seeking probate creates only a rebuttable suspicion and is not an absolute bar.
