Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993, S.29 -- Execution of Decree -- Notice Under Order XXI Rule 22 CPC to Legal Representatives -- Once execution proceedings are transferred to the DRT under Section 31 of the Act, the procedure under the Code of Civil Procedure ceases to apply and the Recovery Officer proceeds in accordance with Section 29 of the Act read with the Second Schedule to the Income Tax Act, 1961. Requirement of notice under Order XXI Rule 22 CPC has no impact on validity of an auction sale conducted by the DRT.
