Person Aggrieved -- Adversely Affected Non-Parties May Seek Review Or Approach Appropriate Forum

A non-party adversely affected by a judgment is not without remedy. Such a person may seek review of the judgment or approach the appropriate forum to ventilate grievances. In service matters, judicial decisions may operate beyond the parties and affect others in the same cadre. Under settled law, a "person aggrieved" — even if not a party — may seek review on limited grounds or approach the Administrative Tribunal afresh.
