Evidence Act, 1872, Ss.45, 112 -- DNA Test -- Paternity Dispute Raised by Husband in Divorce to Prove Adultery of Wife -- Where children are not party to divorce proceedings and are not claiming maintenance from the father, a husband disputing paternity to prove adultery of the wife cannot seek a DNA test of the children for this purpose. Adultery must be proved through other evidence.
