Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, S.13(1A) -- Divorce -- Non-Resumption of Marital Life Despite Restitution Decree -- Cannot be granted at the instance of a spouse whose own admitted lack of interest in resuming marital life is the cause of non-compliance with a decree for restitution of conjugal rights. A spouse cannot take advantage of own wrong to seek dissolution of marriage, and mere loss of interest in the relationship is not a ground to walk away from a marriage which is a sacrament for life under Hindu Law.
