Document -- Reliance on Part of Document -- Impermissibility
Where a party relies upon a document, the document must be read and considered in its entirety -- It is not permissible in law to rely upon only a part of a document for the purpose of advancing an allegation while rejecting the remainder--Evidence Act, 1872, S.3 (Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023, S.2).
