Recovery of commercial quantity and criminal antecedents would ordinarily disentitle an accused to bail, but prolonged incarceration without examination of any prosecution witness, coupled with a genuine prospect of rehabilitation and settled family life, can justify grant of regular bail. Such rehabilitation circumstance has no bearing on the merits of the narcotics prosecution itself.
