Cancellation of bail requires a supervening circumstance arising after the grant of bail, such as violation of bail conditions, non-cooperation with investigation, tampering with evidence, or misuse of liberty. Subsequent denial of bail to co-accused persons does not, by itself, constitute a supervening circumstance justifying cancellation of bail already granted.
