Advocates-- Strike-- Lawyers Have No Right to Strike or Abstain from Work; Such Action Violates Article 21 Rights of Litigants to Speedy Justice

While the right to dissent and protest under Article 19(1)(b) is a fundamental right, it is not absolute and must be exercised peacefully without causing public disorder or hampering the cause of justice.
