Abetment to Suicide--Where a suicide note attributes responsibility only to specific accused, continuation of proceedings against others without such attribution amounts to abuse of process.
Abetment of suicide under Section 108 read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita requires prima facie material showing instigation or intentional aid. Mere registration of a criminal complaint does not by itself constitute abetment.
